We charge by the room/area, as indicated below.

Residential Rates – All carpet cleaned and sanitized with our exclusive Probiotic sanitizer

Upholstery rates

• Sofa/Couch – $80
• Loveseat – $65
• Chair – $40
• Ottoman – $15

Area Rugs

• large $40
• small $20

Tile Cleaning

• $.30 per square foot

Color Sealing

• $1.00 – $1.25 per square  foot ( includes cleaning and grout repairs)

Commercial Carpet Cleaning

• .15 to .20 per square foot.
